This has been a week from HELL!

WOW! I didn't know one week could hold so much crap in it! First Saturday night, Sunday morning 1:30am my neighbors boyfriend throws a hammer thru Ethan's bedroom window. LUCKILY he was in my bed in my bedroom. The hammer went thru two sheets of glass and the screen landed in the middle of the bedroom and glass was strown throughout Ethan's bedroom and into the hallway. Ethan was then up until 4am and I was up until 6am and got up before 8. There went me losing sleep the remaineder of the week. Ethan had nightmares for 3 nights in a row so that didn't help.. He kept asking what would happen if David threw a hammer again and he was sleeping in his room (cause he's been trying to start sleeping in there more and more). I had to reassure him multiple times that he's not going to do it again. For one if he's caught here he'll be arrested and another I'll throw the hammer at his fucking head if he is that angry at anyone. HE also broke out his girlfriend's car window on the way home that night from the bar. BUT WHO DOES MY NEIGHBOR HATE? ME of course, hey i was that girl 6 years ago.. When Jayme used to abuse me it started off with minor things but only escalated until I was tired of it! I just hope that her kids are safe, thats all I can do is pray for them all!

Then Tuesday I had to rush my cat to the vet cause he was bleeding from his paws, so he is now resting at my mom's house for a while...Yeah I know I got the cat and gave it away already, I'll get him back eventually! I promise.

Now for the big time fun stuff. First off Wednesday I got a flat tire, luckily I was able to get it plugged (Thanks Danny), and then Thursday morning when I was getting my tire fixed I decided to text Jayme to see if he was getting Ethan for his bi weekly visit and he texts me back and all he says is UR A BITCH...I was nice and said I didn't ask what you thought about me I asked if you were getting your son? and then he proceeded to berate me, so after getting to work at 9am I was on the phone getting a lawyers appt and left by noon yesterday. Got a lawyer and paid a retainer (a 3rd of my 1500 retainer) she says I'm a shoe in to win this. He wants to change weekends for visits because his gf's kids go to their dads on opposite weekends. Well the state of TX states 1, 3, 5th so i'm not changing and the only way the judge would change it is if he was working those weekends, but HE WORKS 4 10'S HE'S OFF FRIDAY-SUNDAY EVERY WEEK! When he threatened me with going to court i pretty much said bring it on, but when we go back I'll be asking for a raise in child support and also for more medical support or for you to put him on your insurance, and he tried to tell me he hasn't gotten a raise in 2 years..since we last went to court....UM YEAH I doubt that b/c where he works is only like the largest national RETAILER in the world, HINT its a distribution center for a retailer I HATE to go due to the billions of people there on any given day! So now I am just sitting and waiting for his lawyer to contact me and I'll say here's my lawyers name and # she will be waiting for your call! HAHA BRING IT ON! I am keeping my texts of offensive words he's sent...The last thing he said to me was "I can't wait for Ethan to get older so I can tell him what a bitch you are" Let's see what the judge thinks of that!!!!!!!!!

Anyways Ethan started soccer two weeks ago and its going awesome! He has a game tomorrow at 9 and pics at 830 am so it will be an early day, but I'm glad so we can have the rest of the day to do fun mommy/son stuff! Hope everyone has a great weekend!
